Package Itinerary Details:-
Your Shillong Sightseeing Tour will start by exploring Shillong City, which is also known as the ‘Scotland of the East.’ All of Shillong’s main attractions are included in this tour package, ensuring a thorough exploration of the city.
As a part of your Shillong Sightseeing Tour, you will first visit the Don Bosco Museum where you can learn more about the indigenous civilisations of the Northeast. As you explore the museum, you’ll get a glance of the equipment, clothes, and artefacts utilised by the native tribes of the northeastern states. You can also take a Skywalk tour to get a wide view of Shillong city.
We’ll be visiting the magnificent Elephant Falls next. This popular location features a three-step waterfall. The elephant-shaped boulder at the base of the Falls, which is known for its beauty, inspired the name.
We will next proceed to Shillong Peak. It offers a broad view of Shillong, a breathtaking city. You may also be lucky enough to see the sunset from this spot, which is worth seeing.
Ward’s Lake, a popular spot for boating and short garden walks, is one of the many wonderful tourist attractions in Meghalaya’s capital city. Your next stop would be this amazing location.
Additionally, you’ll be visiting the Botanical Garden, exploring some stunning kind of orchids and spending a peaceful time at this destination.
Following a leisurely stroll through the Botanical Garden, we will tour and visit to Shillong Golf Course, one of India’s biggest and oldest golf courses. Nestled among dense pine woods and rhododendron bushes lies an 18-hole golf course.
Lady Hydari Park, a gorgeous park with huge stretches of roses and other beautiful flowers, would be our last destination of the day. The park also has a Mini Zoo with more than 70 birds, 135 mammals, and reptiles.
Later in the evening, our cab will drop you at your respective hotel in Shillong, concluding your Shillong Sightseeing Tour.
