Weather in Mawsynram
It is well known that Mawsynram is among the wettest places on earth. Therefore, the best time to visit is between April and June, when the country is in its summer. This lovely tourist destination in the “abode of clouds” offers a welcome break from the heat of the summer because the temperature stays comfortably cool all day. Some people might decide to travel to Mawsynram at the beginning or the end of the monsoon season, that is, in July or September, or October, to take in the lovely scenery, but because it is one of the wettest places in India, they should be prepared for the significant amounts of rain that the area experiences. It’s also a nice time to visit the tourist attractions during October, the month of transition.
