Jaflong Zero Point

Jaflong Zero Point is a popular site in Dawki region, it is located only at 1 kilometre distance from Dawki central market. Jaflong Zero Point is settled near the India-Bangladesh border and this site is referred to as the most visited place in Dawki region. It is quite near the Bangladesh border and you can witness the people of Bangladesh from this point. This is the only place where the Dawki River or Umngot River enters Bangladesh from India. Borhills Falls

Borhill falls is one of the less known spots of Dawki. It is three staired waterfalls situated in between Dawki and Lyngkhat with its bottom touching the Bangladesh Borders plains. The moment you reach this spot you can observe mountains on one side of the road and on the other side you can witness the beauty of the plain lands of Bangladesh. Summer:Compared to other locations in north India, the summers here are not as hot. The months of March through June are the greatest for taking in this location’s beautiful splendor. The water in the Umngot River seems crystal pure in the summer, which draws more people. 25 to 30 degrees Celsius are the range of the temperature. Monsoon:Here, the monsoon produces a rainy and muggy climate. Heavy rains cause the Umngot River to flow in dirty water, which could diminish its allure.
